If the lift stops going up or down, there may be a problem with the sensor switches that control the upper and lower limits. These items may well need replacing which can be done in house, or alternatively it may be a wiring problem. It may be possible for you to correct this issue on your own but at times, it may also be necessary for you to contact the service department and have your server lift maintained professionally.
Your SL500 server lift will be able to be used for many years with on site maintenance however sometimes, you may need to replace parts or fix issues that are too much for you to manage.
